MRSA (methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus), the superbug, is the silent killer, may be, residing in your pets and can easily be transmitted to other pets and even humans. The bug sometimes remains dormant for a long time in the nose or on the skin and is resilient to most of the antibiotics.



This is what makes MRSA deadly, killing around 500 patients, with skin or wound infections and also respiratory diseases, annually in Canada which is dramatically affected by the bacteria.
