The new United States War Dog Memorial honoring war dogs and their handlers will be uncovered on June 10, 2006 at the New Jersey Vietnam Veterans Memorial. The memorial, a first of its kind, will be dedicated to the four legged heroes by the U.S. War Dog Association.
The US Department of Veterans Affairs, looking after the $80,000 project, requires just $15,000 more to make the dream come true. Even you can contribute towards the noble mission here.
